Released in March 1995, this song was a Japanese band, The Boom's 16th single.
The song and other songs in the album, "極東サンバ (Kyokuto Samba)", are perfect tunes for a summer drive. The band's vocal, Kazufumi Miyazawa, is a very talented singer song writer. Even though he grew up in Yamanashi prefecture, which is a basin surrounded by mountains (without any ocean!), he wrote this Latino-inspired samba and the other famous song of this band, 島唄（Shimauta), which is Okinawan-inspired. Listening to these songs will bring you a cool breeze from the ocean.
