Released in May 1980, this is his 6th single.  This song has been popular for a long time.  It was revived again when it was used as a theme song for a TV drama, "Good Luck" starred by Takuya Kimura.

July has started.  No more rains, I hope.  The summer will begin soon and this song is perfect for a summer tune.
