Loser　

米津 玄師 Kenshi Yonezu

Released in September 2016, this song is his 5th single.  I think he represents a new generation of jpop.  His songs caught attention first through amateur internet videos he uploaded himself.  He made his songs using vocaloid technology since he was teenager.  

He is a popular singer/song-writer and an illustrator.  And he took a new challenge to be a dancer in this video.
