緑黄色社会 Ryokuoushoku shakai
Released in January 2022, this song was recorded as one of the song in the band's 3rd album, "ACTOR". Probably their most-popular song is "Mela!" but I picked this new song. The name of this band comes from the episode when members misheard the word the vocal said, "緑黄色野菜 ryokuoushoku yasai, green and yellow vegetables" with 社会 shakai, society". So literally the band's name means "Green and yellow society".
"キャラクター, character" or "キャラ, kyara" in Japanese often used to show the personality of individual. For example, 陽キャ（merry, out-going person), 陰キャラ（reserved and shy person). Especially for students, it is very important to show their character and to be accepted in a classroom. Sometimes they hide their true self and play 陽キャ to blend in. I think this song is to encourage to show yourself in your own stage.
