Word from the lyrics:
 In Japan, the size of a room is often expressed by the sheets of tatami mat.  It slightly differs by regions, but normally tatami mat is 91cm x 182 cm.  1 tatami sheet is called 1畳, Ichi-jyo.  
Typical Japanese room has a size of 4畳半（Yojou-han）、6畳（roku-jyou)、and 8畳(hachi-ryou).  Yojou-han is about 2.73m x 2.73m
